Air conditioning here runs through split units in the corridor of each floor rather than directly in the bedrooms or living rooms, so individual room temperature control is limited.
The villa is spread across three floors, each self-contained with its own kitchen and living area. If your group occupies multiple floors, you'll be using the internal stairs a fair amount to socialise together.
You're in Torri del Benaco, a small lakeside town – you'll want a car to reach supermarkets, restaurants, and day-trip destinations comfortably. The garage accommodates up to four cars.
