Perched on a pedestrian street just off Piazza Santa Croce, this Florence apartment puts you at the heart of one of Italy's most celebrated cities – with the Duomo, the Uffizi, and the Arno all reachable on foot. Back inside, the kitchen and living area form one welcoming space where a group can cook, eat, and unwind together after their adventures. There's a sofa bed for two guests, but we think it'd be more comfortable with a smaller group or those who plan to spend most of their time exploring the Tuscan capital.

Home truths
At full capacity, two guests will sleep on a sofa bed in the living area. We think the space may feel a bit tight with it in use, so we'd suggest a maximum guest count of four.
The two single bedrooms are compact and best suited to children, teenagers, or adults who don't mind a smaller space. The main bedroom is comfortably sized.
The apartment has an electric boiler, which provides around ten to fifteen minutes of hot water per shower – something to keep in mind for groups. It takes about twenty minutes to an hour to reheat.
There's no lift here. You'll need to climb a flight of stairs of about twenty steps to reach this apartment.
Given the home's central spot, expect to hear some street noise throughout your stay.

Santa Croce is a trendy, architecturally impressive neighbourhood that’s less busy than the Duomo or San Marco districts, but still in the heart of Florence. Home to the eponymous basilica, and the Casa Buonarroti museum, it’s located in the eastern part of Florence’s historic centre. The largest crowds have thinned out by this point, but if you stay here, you're still close enough to explore the whole city on foot....
