At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
Your neighbours share use of the entrance gate and pedestrian passage alongside the building, so the gate area isn't entirely private. Your parking space, however, is reserved exclusively for you.
There is one open-air parking space here. The apartment is about 5 kilometres from the town centre, so having a car will make getting around much easier.
Given the location just off a main road, expect to hear some noise from passing traffic. You'll also need to exercise caution when crossing the road to reach the beach.
Well-behaved pets are welcome to join you upon request, for no additional charge.
