Perched above the shops on Balboa Boulevard, this apartment puts you at the heart of one of Newport Beach's most charming coastal pockets – the beach, the pier, the ferry, and the Balboa Fun Zone are all a short walk away. Beach chairs and an umbrella are included, so there's nothing to sort before you hit the sand. Back at the apartment, evenings unfold easily around the gas fireplace, or outside on the private balcony with the grill going. Pets are welcome too, which makes it a easy base for a full family trip along the Orange County coast.
