Made up of two coastal apartments, this Newport Beach home is ideal for groups who want easy access to the sand while still having their own space. The beach is just half a block away, so you’re never far from the surf. Both apartments are bright, breezy and inspired by the coast – one with two bedrooms, the other with one – and each has a kitchen and living area with a sofa bed. Outside, a front patio and an upstairs deck promise plenty of opportunities for barbecues, sundowners, and alfresco dining. Surfboard storage and towel hooks keep the beach-house practicalities tidy, and two dedicated garages mean parking won't be an issue.

This home is made up of two separate apartments, so guests will be split across different buildings rather than sharing one connected living space. The ground-floor home has two bedrooms, while the upstairs unit has one. Both have kitchens, living spaces with sofa beds, and outdoor areas.
The washing machine and dryer are in an external closet accessible from both apartments.
Parking is available in the two garages, though the spaces are on the narrow side. It’s worth checking the exact dimensions with your host before arrival.
You're set up for beach days with surfboard storage and towel hooks on site – handy for keeping sand and wet gear contained at the door rather than tracking it inside.
