The ivy-wrapped pool terrace is the heart of this Sherman Oaks house – string lights overhead, a natural stone grotto-style spa alongside, and that particular LA dusk settling in around you. When you surface from the backyard (which also has a mini-golf course and ping pong table, so good luck leaving), Universal Studios is just a short drive away, with Hollywood and the beach easily reachable beyond.
