Tucked into the hills of Laurel Canyon, this single-level villa is built around a heated pool and lush backyard terrace that make it difficult to leave. Sun loungers, a hammock, and a barbecue fill the fenced garden, while a pool table positioned to catch canyon views through the glass gives you a reason to head indoors. Fryman Canyon Park is a five-minute walk away, and West Hollywood is around fifteen minutes by car – connected to the city, yet nicely away from the hustle and bustle.

The pool sits in a natural, tree-lined setting which means leaves and twigs can collect in the water, especially on windy days. A pool net is on hand if you want to skim the surface between the twice-weekly cleaning visits.
The villa is set in Laurel Canyon on Mulholland Drive – the neighbourhood is quiet and residential, so you'll want a car to reach restaurants, shops, and the main attractions easily. Free parking is available on the premises and on the street.
