Ski-in/ski-out access at this centrally-located home means you can wake up and head straight onto Telluride's legendary terrain – and the free gondola connecting Mountain Village to historic Telluride is also just a short walk from the front door. Home truths
While the home can sleep up to eight people, including one on a pull-out bed in bedroom three and one on a sofa bed in the loft area, the maximum occupancy is seven guests.
There's no lift in the building, so you'll be navigating stairs between levels with your ski gear and luggage.
You'll have access to the on-site hot tub here, which is shared with the building's other residents.
Ski-in/ski-out access here is condition-dependent – on low-snow days the run to and from the lifts may not be usable.
Air conditioning isn't available here – it's rarely found in Telluride at this altitude, and the mountain climate generally keeps things cool.
During winter, you may hear snowcats grooming the slopes at night – it's a low hum rather than a disruption, but worth knowing if you're a light sleeper.
Free parking for one vehicle is included in the garage – if you're travelling in two cars, you'll need to arrange additional parking locally.

About Telluride
The Rocky Mountains provide some of the best skiing opportunities not just in North America, but in the world, and nowhere is that more obvious than Colorado. And in the summer, the hiking trails can provide just as much activity. Aside from the outdoor activities, Telluride is a great place to experience the charm of the Old West. It has a more casual, unfussy vibe than more famous spots like Aspen, but there are still plenty of elegant dining and drinking options. A must-try is the New Sheridan Historic Bar, which dates back to 1895.
