The private roof terrace – wide, sun-filled, and framed by city rooftops – is reason enough to book this home. Back inside, a living space with velvet sofas and a kitchen built for proper cooking makes it easy to settle in for longer stays. Wimbledon Village's boutique shops and cafes are a short walk away, as are the grounds of the All England Club and the sweeping open heathland of Wimbledon Common. Central London is easily reached by Tube, making this a genuinely comfortable base whether you're here for the tennis or just the peace and quiet.

About Wimbledon
It might well be most people's primary association with the area, but the truth is there's so much more to Wimbledon than tennis. With the wilds of the Common, plus verdant Richmond and Wimbledon Parks close by, and the village at the top of the hill, visitors would be forgiven for thinking they'd left London altogether. Central London is actually only 30 minutes away by tube so Wimbledon really does represent the best of both worlds. With its parks, leafy streets, period houses, excellent pubs and boutique shopping, it's little wonder that Richmond is so popular with affluent families.
