If you're looking for a home in leafy Islington, this stylish apartment is perfect. Here you'll find a vibrant theatre scene and design boutiques. Or, take a three-minute stroll to Canonbury, with its village-like vibe and foodie scene – it was also a previous playground of literary giants George Orwell and Evelyn Waugh. When you want to explore further, it's just a three-minute saunter to the Highbury & Islington Underground Station, where you can get to Oxford Circus in under ten minutes via the Victoria line. If you crave some green space, head to Highbury Fields, Islington's largest park. You don't have to go anywhere to relax in the fresh air, though. This lovely home has a pretty patio, so pour a glass of wine and sit amidst the vines – this place has no less than two outdoor spaces, a fantastic addition for this part of London. Inside, hues of cream and grey are dotted with pops of vibrant citrus and neon pinks – it's a charming light-filled place. Choose a book from the quirky spiral bookcase and unwind in this North London oasis.

About Canonbury
Canonbury is one of the most friendly and unpretentious pockets of Islington, packed full of gorgeous period houses, independent cafes and antique shops. Extremely well connected transport-wise by the Victoria Line from Highbury and Islington station, it works well as a base to explore both Central London and more villagey areas like Stoke Newington further to the East. You'll be rubbing shoulders with trendy media types and affluent young families and working out how to move here long-term yourself.
