Spread across three levels in Agia Pelagia, this villa is built for groups who want more than a pool and a sun lounger – though it delivers both, plus a jacuzzi for evening soaks. The two heated swimming pools and tropical-inspired gardens make it easy to spend whole days outside, while the first-floor terrace with its barbecue area is ideal for long alfresco dinners as the heat drops. Rainy days or late nights are no hardship either – a private cinema with a 98-inch screen and 11.1 surround sound, a billiard table, and a PlayStation mean there's plenty to keep everyone occupied indoors.

What to expect
Home truths
The villa is spread across three floors with living areas on two separate levels, so you'll naturally move between floors during the day – it may not suit guests with limited mobility.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot on request.
You're in Agia Pelagia, a coastal village outside Heraklion – close enough to the city for day trips, but you'll want a car to get around comfortably, whether for groceries, restaurants, or exploring the wider region.
At full occupancy, one guest will sleep on the sofa bed in the fourth bedroom.
The swimming pool isn't fenced.

About Crete
The biggest of Greece’s islands, Crete has thousands of years of history scattered across its wild hinterland, and a coast dotted with secluded bays. The capital of Heraklion is a lively port city with a world-class museum, but the main draw to the island are the crumbling ruins, white mountains, and crystal clear waters for swimming and snorkeling. Evidence of the ancient Minoans that once lived here is on display...
