Six bedrooms, a private pool, and a sport court – this Southampton house is built for a group that wants plenty to do without ever leaving the garden. Large sliding glass doors connect the kitchen and living areas to the terrace, so long summer days drift easily between cooking, dining, and cooling off in the water. Evenings have their own rhythm, too – a fireplace in the living room, a gym on site, and bunk beds for the youngest guests mean everyone is catered for. Southampton Village Beach is a fifteen-minute drive, and Agawam Lake is just a touch closer for a paddling excursion.

You'll want a car here. Shinnecock Hills is a quiet, residential area and while Southampton Village and the bay beaches are nearby, everything is a drive rather than a walk.
The gate system is currently not fully operational, so the entrance may feel less secure than you'd expect. Access to the home remains unaffected.
The pool is seasonal, so it may not be available depending on when you visit.
