Sitting on Town Lake in Tempe, this apartment puts you right on the waterfront – with watersports and riverside paths practically at the door. When the afternoon heat peaks, the pool terrace is where you'll want to be, watching the Arizona sky shift through its evening colours. After dark, a courtyard fire pit gives you a reason to linger outside a little longer. There's also a putting green for a quick round before breakfast, and an on-site gym for when the mood strikes. Pets are welcome, too.
