Spend the day in the communal pool, then gather around the shared fire pits as the Arizona evening cools – the courtyard is the kind of spot that keeps everyone outside longer than planned. This home comprises two self-contained apartments. Though not connected, they are adjacent to one another, with each featuring its own living space and bathrooms.
At full occupancy, one guest will sleep on the sofa bed or futon in one of the living areas.
You'll have access to the on-site gym and pool here. They're shared with the complex's other guests.
Pool access is weather and season dependent, so if a dip is top of your agenda, it's worth checking with your host before you travel.
Free parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. If those spaces are taken, you can use the garage for $7 per day.
Only one towel is provided per person here, so you might want to bring your own for longer stays.
The lead guest must be at least 22 years old.
