Two side-by-side suites in a boutique hotel, this setup works particularly well for larger groups who want their own space without losing the run of shared amenities. Private balconies off each living area are made for slow mornings, while the shared rooftop pool – ringed with lounge seating – delivers Miami afternoons at their most unhurried. The address is quietly well-placed: Wynwood's murals and galleries are close, the Design District is minutes away, and the Pérez Art Museum Miami's waterfront campus is a thirty-two-minute walk along the bay.

This home comprises two self-contained two-bedroom apartments.
Your host operates several homes here, so the exact view, layout and furnishings might differ slightly from the photos. However, the overall quality should remain the same.
At full occupancy, four guests will sleep on two double sofa beds – there's one in each living area. The only bathrooms here are the en-suites off the bedrooms – guests sleeping on the sofa beds will need to use these too.
While two of the bathrooms aren't photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
There is no mobile phone service on-site at present, though reliable wi-fi is available in both suites.
You'll have access to the on-site pool and gym here. They're shared with the building's other residents.
Active construction is present nearby, so expect some daytime noise during your stay.
