Home truths

  • This home is only available to those studying or travelling for work – you’ll need to provide proof from your university or employer.

  • The lift brings you to the second floor, but it stops at a half-landing, so you'll still need to climb a short flight of stairs to reach the apartment door.

  • At 33 sqm, this is a compact apartment – well suited to a couple, but if you're booking for three or four guests, expect cosy quarters and limited space to spread out.

  • At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.

  • If you're travelling with a little one, your host can provide a cot. You'll need to request it in advance.

  • Given the home's central spot, expect to hear some street noise throughout your stay.

  • Parking here can be tricky, so we recommend sticking to easily accessible public transport where possible.

For most, it's a mandatory stop, if only to catch a glimpse of the monumental Arc de Triomphe which crowns the avenue and which was commissioned by Napoléon...
