This is canal life on Marco Island at its most relaxed. The heated pool and spa sit right on the water's edge, sliding doors opening straight from the living room onto the deck, and a private dock stretches over the canal for fishing, kayaking, or simply watching the tide turn. Evenings shift naturally to the patio – barbecue, fire pit table, and the kind of golden light that makes dinner alfresco feel effortless. Kayaks and bikes are included, South Marco Beach is minutes south, and Tigertail Beach – a favourite for shelling and birdwatching – is a short drive away.
