From the living area, big windows frame the pines and ridgeline, and the fireplace does its job on cold evenings after a day on the mountain. The balcony looks out toward the Aerial Tram line and KT-22 – a good spot to decompress as the light fades. In winter, the lifts at Palisades Tahoe are a short walk away, and The Village at Palisades Tahoe – with its restaurants and après-ski fire pits – is a seven-minute walk. When the snow clears, the Shirley Canyon Trail starts nearby, winding past waterfalls and glacier-polished granite.
