The elevator is a genuine help for a group this size, but it can't be guaranteed to be in service for your entire stay – temporary outages do occur. Your host asks that you use it primarily for luggage, groceries, and guests who can't manage the stairs, rather than as the default for everyone.
You'll have space for up to eight cars on site, and the access road is gravel and dirt – worth keeping in mind if you're arriving in low-clearance vehicles or towing anything.
The lead guest must be at least 21 years old.
