Inspired by the historic coastal watchtowers of the former Republic of Genoa, this villa sits within terraced Mediterranean gardens of maritime pines, cypress trees, and ancient holm oaks above Casarza Ligure. Two infinity pools look out over the Ligurian hills and sea, and the terraces are wide enough to seat a large group alfresco as the light fades. Inside, minimalist interiors lean into the landscape rather than competing with it, while a wellness area with a Turkish bath adds something quieter to the mix. Sestri Levante's twin bays are a twelve-minute drive, and Portofino is within reach for a day out.

The villa is arranged over three floors, so you and your group will be using the stairs regularly – worth bearing in mind for anyone with mobility considerations.
At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
The pools are open from 1st May 2026 to 15th October 2026 – if you're visiting outside that window, you won't have access to them.
You'll need a car to make the most of your stay here. The closest restaurants and grocery stores are in Casarza Ligure town centre, a fifteen-minute walk or four-minute drive down the hill, and all the beach towns and excursions beyond require driving too.
