This is a ground-floor apartment in a central city building, so you'll have easy step-free access – useful if you're arriving with heavy luggage or prefer to avoid stairs.
The heating and cooling here runs on a centralised building system that switches between modes on fixed dates – cooling from 16th April to 14th October, heating from 15th October to 15th April. Individual temperature control is available within those modes, but you can't override the seasonal setting.
There's no iron or ironing board in the apartment.
