Perched on a rocky headland above Biodola Bay, this clifftop villa feels entirely at one with the Tyrrhenian Sea – terraces cascade down toward the water across six levels, and a stairway takes you directly to the sea below. Sunsets from the upper terraces paint the bay in extraordinary light, while the sea-level terrace puts you right at the water's edge, barbecue and all. A Mediterranean garden of around 1,100 sqm wraps the villa in greenery, and the beaches of Biodola, Scaglieri, and Forno are all within walking distance when you want company.
