You'll be using the stairs a lot here – the home spans three interior floors plus a rooftop, and there's no lift. This makes it less suited to guests with mobility considerations or families with very young children.
The area isn't walkable – there are no convenience stores or shops nearby, and you'll need a rideshare to reach Broadway and the broader Nashville dining scene, roughly a fifteen-minute journey away. Rideshares are typically quick and reliable here.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and baby gate on request, subject to availability.
