Freight trains run directly behind the building and can be heard during your stay. The apartment has triple-glazed windows, and your host provides sound machines and earplugs to help.
The building sits on the same block as a Christian rescue mission, so you'll notice city foot traffic and activity from people accessing nearby services.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can arrange a cot on request — just message in advance to make sure it's ready for your arrival.
Complimentary luggage storage is available with the building concierge between 9:30am and 5:30pm, seven days a week — useful if you're arriving before the apartment is ready or checking out early.
At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the murphy bed in the living area.
