A sharp mid-century modern townhome in Nashville's Sylvan Heights, this is a place built around its rooftop – two private patios, a six-person hot tub, and downtown views that reward any evening up there. Inside, a bold Nashville mural anchors the dining and kitchen space, while the retro-styled living room is easy to settle into after a day out. Broadway's honky-tonks and live music are roughly seven to eight-minutes away by car, and Centennial Park is a twenty-minute walk for something slower-paced.

One of the bedrooms has two single-over-double bunk beds that can sleep up to six people – we think it might be best suited to children.
The two-car garage is private, but additional complex parking is first-come only — if you're arriving as a larger group with more than two cars, plan for some vehicles to use the free street parking nearby.
