Sitting between Downtown and The Gulch, this apartment puts Broadway's live music and Nashville's best restaurants within easy reach – and when you're done with the city, the balcony above the skyline is a fine place to decompress. Inside, a bright, open living area gives twelve guests room to breathe without losing the group atmosphere. The outdoor pool and sun loungers are there for slower mornings, and a fully kitted gym means no one needs to skip a session. City views greet you from the main bedroom too, which is a decent way to start any day.

Home truths
Freight trains run directly behind the building and can be heard during your stay. The windows are triple-glazed to help reduce noise, and sound machines and earplugs are provided in the apartment.
The building is in a lively, mixed-use urban area. The building shares its block with a local rescue mission, so you may notice a higher-than-average level of foot traffic and city activity on the street outside.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can arrange a pack-n-play and baby gate on request, subject to availability.
You'll have access to the on-site gym, swimming pool, and indoor lounge here. They're shared with the building's other residents.
The lead guest must be at least 21 years old.
Two of the bedrooms are arranged as queen-over-queen bunk beds – we think they're best suited for groups of children.

About Nashville
They don't call it Music City for any old reason. Nashville is absolutely teeming with memorabilia, venues, live bars, and buskers. Whether country music is your thing, or you're more of a blues aficionado, it’s impossible to elude the sounds of twanging guitars and vocal harmonies. Downtown is every bit the bright, neon wonderland that you’d expect. It’s all about nights out and showing off your moves at the honky-tonks....
