Perched between Broadway and The Gulch, this loft-style Nashville apartment is a strong base for a group wanting to be close to everything – the legendary honky-tonks of Broadway are a seventeen-minute walk, and the Ryman Auditorium is fifteen-minutes on foot. Up on the rooftop, a pool terrace with the city skyline rising around you gives the evenings a very particular kind of energy. At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
Freight trains run along the rear of the building and can be heard during your stay. The windows are triple-glazed to help, and your host provides sound machines and earplugs for added comfort.
The building sits on the same block as a Christian rescue mission, so you'll notice the kind of mixed foot traffic typical of active urban areas. The building itself has secure-access entry and overnight security on site.
The first bedroom is arranged with a king-over-king bunk bed – we think it's best suited to a group of children.
You'll have access to the on-site gym and swimming pool here. They're shared with the building's other residents.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can arrange a cot and baby gate on request, subject to availability.
Complimentary luggage storage is available with the concierge from 9:30am to 5:30pm daily.
