Perched on a ridge with the Catskills unfolding in every direction, this home earns its keep across every season – emerald valleys in summer, snow-stilled silence in winter. The wraparound deck seats ten under cover, while floor-to-ceiling windows and a six-panel sliding door pull the landscape directly into the living room, anchored by a fireplace and soaring ceilings. The main bedroom suite has its own gas fireplace and a Japanese soaking tub worth planning an evening around. Downstairs, a games lounge with a pool table, table football, and a vintage arcade cabinet keeps the whole group entertained long after dinner. At full occupancy, at least two guests will sleep in the basement recreation room. This space sleeps up to six people in a king-size bed and a king-over-king bunk bed.
The villa sits along a ridge with a steep driveway and access roads, so a 4WD or AWD vehicle is strongly recommended – and chains may be needed in winter conditions. There's on-site parking for up to six vehicles on the driveway.
There's no barbecue here – bear activity in the area means grills aren't available, so plan meals accordingly.
