You'll need to climb a series of external stairs to reach the front door, as the entrance sits above street level on the hillside. This home is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
The outdoor bathroom – where the washing machine is located – is separate from the indoor one, so you'll be heading outside for laundry during your stay.
You're on the edge of Quartu Sant'Elena in a hillside coastal setting, so you'll want a car to reach beaches, shops, and restaurants with ease. Two gated parking spaces come with the home.
