Sitting a two-minute walk from Park City Town Lift – and with ski-in, ski-out access from the building – this apartment is as close to the mountain as you can get without sleeping on the slopes. After a day on the runs, a shared rooftop terrace and hot tub are waiting, and the living room wraps it all up with a sectional sofa and snowy views outside. The Old Town Transit Center is also two minutes away, putting Deer Valley and Canyons Village within easy reach on the free bus.

Home truths
At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
The bathroom sink is in an open area shared with the bedroom and hallway, rather than fully enclosed, so guests sleeping on the sofa bed may be disturbed by others using the sink.
The building's air conditioning is centrally controlled, so you can only adjust the fan speed rather than set your own temperature.
You'll have access to the on-site roof terrace here. It's shared with the building's other residents.
Given the home's central spot, expect to hear some street noise throughout your stay.
Parking here can be tricky, so we recommend sticking to easily accessible public transport where possible.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
Construction work is ongoing in the area around the home. Be prepared to experience some noise disturbance during your stay.
