Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
Sitting right on the edge of Lake Tahoe within a gated resort, this townhouse puts the water front and centre from the moment you walk in – glass doors open from the living room directly onto a deck where you can dine above the lake as snow-capped peaks catch the last of the light. A gas fireplace pulls you back inside when the temperature drops, while a shared swimming pool and a lakeside gym with mountain views give the days real shape. Kings Beach State Recreation Area is under 1 mile away, and Northstar and Diamond Peak ski resorts are around a twenty-minute drive.

About Kings Beach
On the border of California and Nevada, Lake Tahoe is one of the largest bodies of water in the US. As you'd expect, it's an area of astounding beauty, but the lake has also made a name for itself as a centre for both winter sports and water sports, as well as hiking and cycling. The north shore is a bit quieter and more relaxed than the south. While there's still plenty to do (including the annual food and wine festival), you're unlikely to see crowds like you do in other parts of the region.
