On a narrow strip of land between the harbour and the sea, this house is built for a group that wants room to spread out. The lower living space opens entirely onto a private patio – fire pit, barbecue, heat lamps – through bi-fold doors that erase the line between inside and out, while the main suite commands the whole top floor with direct access to a rooftop deck where coastline and mountain views stretch wide. The beachfront path is right outside, and the Venice Canals are a twenty-minute walk away.
