A big group needs a house that can actually hold them, and this Panama City Beach house does exactly that – two king en-suite rooms for the grown-ups, a bunk room for the kids, and three queen rooms for everyone else. Out back, a patio shared with the home next door boasts a pool, hot tub, outdoor pool table, and barbecue grills. It's the natural gathering point once the day cools down. The sugar-white sand is a twenty-minute walk, and St. Andrews State Park is just down the road for nature trails, calm-water swimming, and the ferry to Shell Island.

This home is one half of a side-by-side duplex. You'll share access to the patio, pool, hot tub, and barbecue with the next-door neighbours.
One of the bedrooms has a single-over-double bunk bed that can sleep up to three people – we think it might be best suited to children.
The living space is a bit snug for all thirteen guests. If you'd like ample space to stretch out, we'd suggest a smaller guest count.
You'll have driveway parking for two vehicles here. We suggest having a car to make exploring the 30A easier.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
