Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
Tucked into Vail's quiet Sandstone neighbourhood, this apartment trades the bustle of the village for creek sounds and forested peaks – without sacrificing access. The free town bus stop is a three-minute walk away, with a seven-minute ride to the village, and the Eagle Bahn Gondola is a twenty-three-minute walk for days on the mountain. Back inside, tall windows frame the surrounding peaks and a fireplace makes easy work of après-ski evenings. The balcony is worth lingering on too – a clear mountain view and outdoor seating that earns its place at any hour of the day.

Home truths
You'll have one parking space here – ideal if you're arriving by car, and easy to leave unused if you plan to rely on the free Town of Vail shuttle instead.
There is no air conditioning here, so summer stays can get warm during the day – open windows and ceiling fans will be your main relief. Bear in mind that the window in the downstairs bedroom is currently not operational and does not open, so ventilation in that room will be more limited.
This is a split-level condo, so you'll be moving between levels during your stay – worth keeping in mind if anyone in your group has mobility considerations.
The lead guest must be at least 21 years old.
