This annexe shares a porch with the main house, though you'll have your own private entrance.
The lane leading to the home can become difficult in winter – your host recommends a 4x4 between the end of November and the beginning of April.
Livestock are kept on site, and there is a large open pond and farm machinery nearby – the home is not suitable for children under the age of ten.
Due to this home's remote location, you might find that the phone signal is patchy from time to time.
