Tucked into a palm-lined courtyard in Old Las Palmas – one of Palm Springs' most storied neighbourhoods – this two-bedroom home sits at the edge of the Uptown Design District, with Palm Canyon Drive a short stroll away. It's part of a ten-suite adults-only setting, which means the shared pool ringed by lounge seating, with the San Jacinto Mountains rising behind, rarely feels crowded. Inside, the mid-century interiors carry that same unhurried ease you'll find out in the courtyard, and the bedrooms open onto a private patio – the ideal spot for a morning coffee.

While the second bathroom isn't photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
This is an adults-only retreat, so it's not suitable for trips with children.
You won't find an oven here – though there is a microwave. We think the kitchen is better suited to prepping lighter bites than large meals.
You'll have access to the on-site swimming pool here. It's shared with the complex's other guests.
Noise ordinances are strictly enforced from 9pm to 8am, and no speakers or sound systems are available here – worth bearing in mind if you're hoping to play music outdoors in the evening.
The lead guest must be at least 21 years old.
