Perched on a ridge above Jordanelle Reservoir, this house delivers the kind of panorama that reframes a whole trip – water below, the Wasatch Range stretching wide, and Deer Valley's east side just minutes away. The deck is where you'll want to be: hot tub and cold plunge side by side, both facing open water and mountain sky, with a gas grill and fire feature for evenings that run late. When the group heads inside, there's a dedicated movie room, a fireplace living room, and a dining table for ten. Park City's Main Street is about eighteen-minutes by car.

This is a steep, ridge-top home set across multiple levels, so you'll be using the stairs a lot – worth keeping in mind if anyone in your group has mobility considerations.
