A 110-year-old Greene County landmark, this house carries its history in original wide-plank floors, a grand staircase, and a formal living room that once served as a dance hall and speakeasy – the grand piano is still there. Nine individually decorated bedrooms spread across three floors, with a third-floor loft lounge and a separate guest cottage adding breathing room for larger groups. Outside, a wrap-around porch, back deck, and outdoor dining terrace make the lush surroundings feel like an extension of the house itself. It's a rare place that holds onto intimacy at scale.

Home truths
The home is set in a rural, secluded spot outside the village of Earlton, so you'll need a car to reach shops, restaurants, and local attractions. Hudson – your nearest town with a good range of dining and boutiques – is around a twenty-minute drive.
You'll have parking for ten or more vehicles on site – no need to worry about space even with a large group arriving in multiple cars.
The home draws water from a well, so the tap water has a natural iron content. It's perfectly safe to drink, and your host provides bottled water as an alternative.
The lead guest must be at least 21 years old.
