Set in Flagler Village – Fort Lauderdale's arts-and-maker pocket, where gallery walks, murals, food trucks, and live music are a short stroll away – this home is made for groups who want to be somewhere with a bit of life outside the door. The garden earns its keep: a private pool, a pergola-shaded fire pit lounge for evenings that stretch, and an alfresco dining table for eight. Everything sits on a single level, all four bedrooms have en-suites, and beach gear is ready when you are. The nearby Brightline station connects you to Miami, West Palm Beach, and Orlando by train.
