Tucked into the Buchanan Arts District, this house drops you into one of North Nashville's most creative pockets – galleries and independent shops right outside, and Germantown's dining scene within walking distance. It's built for groups who want options – a game room, pool table, and shuffleboard keep things lively indoors, while the covered rooftop lounge delivers skyline views and a putting mat for low-stakes competition. When the day winds down, a hot tub in the backyard does the rest. Broadway and Bridgestone Arena are a short drive south when the city calls.

About Nashville
They don't call it Music City for any old reason. Nashville is absolutely teeming with memorabilia, venues, live bars, and buskers. Whether country music is your thing, or you're more of a blues aficionado, it’s impossible to elude the sounds of twanging guitars and vocal harmonies. Downtown is every bit the bright, neon wonderland that you’d expect. It’s all about nights out and showing off your moves at the honky-tonks....
