Perched in the Marche hills with rolling countryside spreading out in every direction, this contemporary villa delivers the kind of quiet that's hard to find and harder to leave. A saltwater pool sits at the heart of it all, connected to the house via a corten pergola that doubles as an alfresco dining terrace – where breakfast with mountain views on the horizon feels entirely natural. The fully fenced grounds cover around 10,000 sq m of aromatic planting, with a sports court tucked into a secluded corner for when relaxation gives way to something more active. The town of Pergola is just 3 km away.
