At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
One of the bedrooms has a skylight with no blind fitted, so expect early morning light in that room.
This is a ground-floor apartment with no air conditioning – in summer, Paris can get warm and humid, so you'll want to keep windows open and use the fans provided.
As is common in France, the toilet is separate from the second en-suite bathroom. As both bathrooms here are en-suite, the guests using the sofa bed and third bedroom will need access to the bedrooms for showering.
