Light and greenery do a lot of the work in this Coconut Grove townhouse – the main bedroom wakes you to treetop views, while the living room opens straight onto the garden. When you want fresh air without the street, the side yard is a quiet spot for morning coffee or an alfresco evening. Air conditioning keeps Miami's heat at bay, and free street parking sits right outside. South Beach's Art Deco shoreline is a twenty-four-minute drive when the mood strikes, but Coconut Grove's own restaurants and shops give you plenty to work with closer to home.
