Coconut Grove is easy to explore on foot, with shops, restaurants, and the waterfront all within walking distance. A car comes in handy for venturing further into Miami. You can park two cars on site. Note that the garage is reserved for your host's personal use.
All three bedrooms are on the second floor, so you'll be heading upstairs to sleep each night. It's worth keeping this in mind if anyone in your group has mobility considerations.
At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa beds in the living area.
