At full occupancy, one person will sleep on the single sofa bed in bedroom two, and one will sleep on the sofa bed in bedroom three. The third bedroom also has a pull-out single bed which we think works best for children.
The garden here is communal rather than private, so you'll be sharing the outside space with other guests.
