Perched just a five-minute drive from Main Street, this townhouse is the ideal mountain base for those seeking easy access to shops, eateries, and the ski slopes. A contemporary kitchen is built for group cooking, a fireplace in the living area is made for unwinding, and a private hot tub deck comes into its own once the day's skiing is done. Dedicated ski storage and a free shuttle stop a short walk away keep the logistics painless, too. Historic Main Street is around a twenty-minute walk and Deer Valley Resort about fifteen minutes by car – so the slopes and the restaurants are both very much within reach.

Home truths
At full capacity, two guests will sleep on a sofa bed in the living area.
The garage fits one mid-size SUV – larger vehicles won't fit. In winter, HOA rules prohibit parking on shared common areas for snow removal, so if you're arriving with more than one car, you'll need to rely on public overflow parking nearby, which isn't guaranteed.
The free shuttle stop is a short walk away, so you can reach Deer Valley and Main Street without driving – handy during busy ski season when parking in town fills up fast.
One of the bedrooms has a double-over-double bunk bed that can sleep up to four people – we think it might be best suited to children.

It’s not just about the powder here, though – every winter, the Robert Redford-owned Sundance Resort hosts the eponymous film...
