Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
Perched in a secluded corner of Kalafatis, this villa is built around the Aegean – sea views fill every bedroom, the living room, and the pool terrace in equal measure. That heated pool, with a hot tub alongside, faces open water, and the pergola-shaded dining terrace is the kind of place where evenings stretch well past dark. Original artworks by one of the owners add something personal to the interior, while a full concierge team handles the rest. Kalafatis Beach, with its sheltered turquoise water, is a five-minute walk away.
