A multi-level mountain townhome that earns its keep in every season, this Park City retreat gives groups room to breathe – a gas fireplace and expansive windows on the main level, a second living room below for winding down after a day on the slopes. The main suite has its own private deck with a hot tub, and the community pool and hot tub are there when you want something more sociable. Canyons Village is an eight-minute drive, Park City Mountain Resort roughly nine, and a free transit system at Kimball Junction is within walking distance.

Home truths
Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There's free parking for up to two cars on the driveway.
This is a multi-level townhome, so you'll be moving between floors regularly – it might not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
The private hot tub on the deck is only accessible through the main suite, so guests staying in other bedrooms won't be able to use it without passing through that room.
You'll have access to the on-site community pool, fitness centre, and hot tub here. They're shared with the resort's other residents.
Your host provides a starter pack of essentials – paper towels, dishwasher tablets, bin bags, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, toilet paper, detergent, and basic condiments. Anything beyond those basics is yours to pick up, and there's a grocery store roughly 0.5 miles away.
Your host asks you to respect quiet hours between 10pm and 7am.

It’s not just about the powder here, though – every winter, the Robert Redford-owned Sundance Resort hosts the eponymous film...
