Perched on the hills above the Conero Riviera, this early 20th-century villa sits within a Mediterranean garden of pine trees, terracotta terraces, and shaded alfresco dining spots – all looking out over the Adriatic. The pool is a natural gathering point, and the garden's panoramic tower takes those sea views even further. Inside, period details run deep – beamed ceilings, terracotta and parquet floors, arched doorways – while the kitchen opens directly onto the garden, keeping the outside close. A study and gym on the ground floor make longer stays easy.

Home truths
The swimming pool isn't fenced.
The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. If you're visiting outside those dates, you won't have access to it.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair. Make sure to request them before you arrive.
The villa is spread across three floors connected by internal stairs, so you'll be moving between levels regularly during your stay.
The fireplaces are ornamental and cannot be used.
