• Bedroom four has two single-over-single bunk beds, a single-over-double bunk bed, and an additional pull-out single bed. We think this room works best for children.

• You'll be sharing the wider ranch grounds with a full-time resident who lives in an independent barn on the site. The barn has its own entrance and sits at a distance, so day-to-day interaction is minimal – but it's worth knowing you won't have the grounds entirely to yourselves.

• There is a Ring camera at the front door that monitors the entry area. No cameras are located inside the home.

• You'll need a car here. The ranch sits in the peaceful Silver Creek area, and while Kimball Junction is roughly ten minutes away and Canyons Village about six miles, there's no way to get around without one.

• There's free parking for up to five cars across the driveway and garage.
